We're going to be keeping a blog of our race progress on this page.
Currently Tactix is in Barmouth harbour. The crew are on board preparing the boat and the runners are getting to Barmouth.
From what we've heard, it might be quite windy today. We're expecting to be climbing Snowdon in the dark and will need a good run in order to be able to get down in time for slack water in the Menai Straits. We're then hoping that the wind will drop and we can row to Whitehaven.
First things first, we need to get to Barmouth!
